LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Dennis Lee Hallman, age 62, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024. He was born August 3, 1961, in Lancaster, a son of the late Harry Lee Hallman and the late Jean Stoll Hallman and was the loving husband of Linda Hunter Hallman. Dennis was a family man through and through. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. He cherished their Friday night get togethers. He always reminisced on childhood stories and updated his family on the latest cooking video he watched on YouTube. Dennis loved his Camaro ("His fourth child"), going to car shows, watching cooking videos, anything racing, and loving on his ten grandpups, Kiwi, Piper, Luna, Luca, Coal, Allie, Sadie, Ellie, Bemini, and Diesel.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 37 years; Linda Hallman; his son, DJ Hallman (Haley) of Lancaster; two daughters, Kim Lynch (Nick) of Lake Norman, and Stacey Cook (Joseph) of Lancaster; three grandchildren, Taylor Lynch, Alaya Cook, and Kannon Hallman; his sister, Linda Hallman Wooley (Bob) of Tennessee; his brother-in-law, Ed Brooks; his niece; Holly Brooks Doster (Jonathan); his nephew, William Brooks

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Jean Hallman; his sister, Mary Hallman Brooks; and his best friend, Steve Heverly.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at the home of Linda and Dennis Hallman.
