Mrs. Debra Catoe Llanos, age 51, died Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center - Main. She was born December 23, 1964 in Lancaster County, a daughter of Otis Milford Catoe and the late Jackie Waldon Catoe. Mrs. Llanos was the wife of 24 years to Jose Llanos. Mrs. Llanos loved Chino, her cat, enjoyed talking on the phone and going out to dinner with her husband, Jose. Debra loved to shop, it brought much joy to her life. Mrs. Llanos was of the Baptist Faith.

Mrs. Llanos is survived by her husband, Jose Llanos; her father, Otis Milford Catoe; a son, Marty Randall Jenkins, II; a daughter, Heather Jenkins Tanner and her husband, Mason; and a grandson, Brier Mason Tanner Little Man.

Mrs. Llanos is preceded in death by her mother, Jackie Waldon Catoe.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Llanos will be 12:00 pm Monday, September 26, 2016 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am 12:00pm, Monday, September 25, 2016 at Burgess Funeral Home, 1800 Charlotte Highway, Lancaster, SC and suggest memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, Lancaster County Relay for Life, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.
