LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Debra Ann Adams Fulton, age 69, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024.  She was born February 5, 1954, in Lancaster, daughter of the late William Eugene Adams and Marcene Helms Adams and was the wife of the late Joel "Rosey" Gid Fulton. Deb enjoyed couponing, doing crafts, sewing, fishing, going to the beach, cooking and baking.  She baked beautiful, delicious cakes for special occasions for others. Family was most important to her, and she loved spending time with all of them, especially her grandchildren.

Deb is survived by her two sons, Christopher "Chris" Fulton and Michael Fulton (Connie); five grandchildren, Skylar Brown, Melanie Fulton, Mackenzie Fulton, Troy Fulton and William "Will" Fulton; two great grandchildren, Charlie Rutledge and Tate Rutledge; sister, Teresa Adams Blackmon; nieces, Stacy Blackmon and Rachel Blackmon; great niece, Stella Blackmon; and great nephew, Castle Blackmon.

Deb was preceded in death by her husband Rosey Fulton; grandson, Jackson Alexander Fulton; her parents; and brother-in-law, Ernest "Ernie" Blackmon.

The Celebration of Life Service for Deb will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Mike Catoe.  Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, at Burgess Funeral Home. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
