LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Danny Wayne Ramsey, age 64, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home. He was born on May 7, 1956 in York, SC, a son of the late Daniel Ramsey and Helen Melton Ramsey.  Mr. Ramsey loved the outdoors and going to the mountains.  He was a self-employed hobby photographer and he loved taking pictures.  His sons were his world and he loved spending time with them.  Mr. Ramsey was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where he was a Sunday School teacher.

Mr. Ramsey is survived by his two sons, Timothy Ramsey, and Tommy Ramsey; and his former spouse, Melba Thomas Ramsey.

Mr. Ramsey was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Ramsey will be 1:00 pm, Sunday, November 22, 2020 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home.
