LANCASTER, SC – Daniel Alan Snipes, age 62, passed away Thursday May 7, 2026. He was born on August 16, 1963, son of Ray Snipes and Martha Jean Harper Snipes.

Daniel loved his job at VXI Global Solutions (T-Mobile) as a Customer Service Representative. He enjoyed the beach, hiking and driving cars. Time spent just riding around was his favorite thing to do. Daniel loved spending time with family and friends.

Daniel is survived by his two sisters, Debbie Criminger and Charlene Snipes; brother, Sandy Deese (Patsy); niece, April Zafoot and her daughters, Madison and Emma Chandler; and nephew, Michael Deese and his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Martha Jean Snipes; and brother, Dennis Snipes.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Graveside Service for Daniel will be 3:00 pm Saturday May 16, 2026, at St. Luke Methodist Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Eddie Usher. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
