LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Warren Dale Caskey, age 79, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2022. He was born April 18, 1943, in Lancaster, a son of the late Jay B. Caskey and the late Eleanor McKeown Caskey and was the husband of Donna Mahaffey Caskey. Mr. Caskey graduated from Clemson University with a master's degree in business and retired from Springs Industries. He loved watching NASCAR was an avid Clemson Tiger football fan. He was a member of the Blue Hurricanes and was an active member of Second Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and Treasurer.

Mr. Caskey is survived by his wife of 54 years, Donna M. Caskey; his son Noel Caskey (Maria Guilhamelou); his daughter Aimee Watson; four granddaughters Addison Watson, Meg, Maite and Mia Torres Guilhamelou; a brother Jay Caskey ( Debbie); a sister Cynthia Oberfelder (Bob); three nephews, Alex Caskey, Daniel and Ryan Oberfelder; a niece Holly Caskey; a brother-in-law, Paul Mahaffey; and a sister-in-law Pam Dabney (Rick).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay B. and Eleanor Caskey.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Caskey will be 11:00 am Monday, July 11, 2022, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Brian Saxon.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 am, one hour prior to the service at Burgess Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Second Baptist Church, 1426 Great Falls Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720, or to Hospice & Community Care, 2275 India Hook Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
