LANCASTER, SC :::::::: Mr. Clyde "Buddy" D. McNeely, age 79, died Sunday, June 01, 2014 at his home. He was born December 12, 1934 in Lancaster County, the son of the late Yancy McNeely and Alene Watts McNeely and was the husband of Marian Lucas McNeely. Mr. McNeely retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Mr. McNeely is survived by his wife, Marian McNeely, 2 brothers, Tommie McNeely of CA, and Gerald McNeely of Lancaster, 2 sisters, Willie Mae Stroupe of Lancaster, and Virginia Taylor of Greenwood, a granddaughter Melanie I. Harper and her husband Chris, and a great granddaughter, Madeline Harper.

Mr. McNeely was preceded in death by a daughter, Vikki Ingram, 3 brothers, Bazel Kelly, Edward Kelly and Dallas McNeely and 2 sisters, Genevieve Rivers and Lucille Hinson.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Funeral Service for Mr. McNeely will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Lancaster Memorial Park by Rev. Brian Humphries.

The Family of Mr. McNeely will receive friends immediately following the service and the family suggests memorials be made to Grace United Methodist Church, PO Box 418, Lancaster, SC 29721.
