SALEM, SC ~ Ms. Recinda "Cindy" Lee Hagins, age 63, passed away July 21, 2025. Cindy was born May 4, 1962, in Lancaster, SC, a daughter of the late Joseph Lawrence Hagins and Rose Marie Horton Mackey. She enjoyed fishing, going to the mountains, camping, and gardening. Cindy was an avid Clemson fan. She was a huge lover of dogs and had many during her lifetime. Family was very important to her, and she loved them all dearly. Cindy was a member of Fork Hill Baptist Church.

Cindy is survived by her brothers, Stephen Hagins and Keith Stokes; her lifetime friend, Cathy Meek and Cathy's daughters, Brandy Smith and Jessica Love (Keaton); Cathy's parents, Ed and Judy McKenzie; stepfather, Ronnie Mackey (Linda); uncle, Eric Horton (Randie); and very close cousins, Jessica Threatt (Brian) and Jason Horton.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Hagins and Rose Mackey.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Cindy will be 11:00 am Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Fork Hill Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Adam Furr. The family will receive friends following at the graveside.
