HEATH SPRINGS, SC – Mr. Christopher David Sims, age 45, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023, at his home. He was born June 5, 1978, in Lancaster, the son of Bobby Michael Sims and Terry Lynn Blackmon Sims. Chris enjoyed music, restoring antique furniture, fixing anything that needed fixing, computer graphic design, and spending time with his son. He was a member of Fork Hill Baptist Church.

Chris is survived by his son, Benjamin Sims; his parents, Bobby and Terry Sims; his sister, Sharon Hargett; a niece; a nephew; and many friends.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Chris will be 11:00 am Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Fork Hill Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Dale Walters. The family will receive friends at the home of Bobby and Terry Sims.
