LANCASTER, SC:::::::::: Chadford "Chad" Lynn James, age 34, died Wednesday, November 25, 2015. He was born February 23, 1981 in Lancaster, the son of Lynn Charles James and the late Debbie McManus James. Chad was a great baseball player. He played shortstop and pitcher for the Lancaster Bruins and was of the Baptist faith.

Chad is survived by his father, Lynn Charles James of Lancaster; a daughter, Kinsley Lynn James of Davison, MI; a sister, Savanna Hope James of Cowpens, SC and his grandmother, Margie McManus of Lancaster.

Chad was preceded in death by his mother, Debbie McManus James, his grandmother, Jack Delane James, and his grandfathers, David James and James McManus.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Chad will be 3:00pm, Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Pleasant Dale Baptist Church by Rev. Jessie Adams, Rev. Paul Smith and Missionary, Michael Anderson.

The Family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, at the church and suggest in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Donation Processing, PO Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014 or www.michaeljfox.org.

The family will be meeting at the home of Mike and Susan Rallings, 664 Providence Road, Lancaster, SC.
