LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Catherine "Cathy" Faye Hudson Harris, age 68, of Lancaster passed away December 18, 2020 at her home.  Mrs. Harris was born on September 19, 1952 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Clyde Hudson and Joyce Pardue Hudson and was the wife of Tony Harris.  Mrs. Harris enjoyed photography, genealogy, cooking for her family, reading her Bible, and listening to preaching.  She loved her family dearly and enjoyed all the time she could spend with them.  Being an accomplished pianist was a talent God used for her to play for many churches.  Mrs. Harris was a godly woman and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband of 47 years, Tony Harris; two daughters, Jill Griffin (Jerel), and Jennifer Adams (Lee); five grandchildren, Kailyn Griffin, Kinsley Griffin, Jordan Adams, Mason Adams, and Mallory Adams; two sisters, Geneva Gardner, and Judy Lisenby; two sisters-in-law, Wanda Gainey (Anthony), and Penny Boling (Norman); a brother-in-law, Ken Harris (Paulette); a very close cousin, Angie Rainey; many nieces and nephews; and other extended family.

Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Debbie Jenkins; and a brother-in-law, Charles Gardner.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Mrs. Harris will be 2:00 pm Monday, December 21, 2020 at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Patrick Clark and Rev. Stephen Pace.  The family will receive friends following the service.
