LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Carol Faile Lambert, age 85, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024.  She was born October 21, 1939, in Lancaster, SC, a daughter of the late Benjamin Faile and Azilee Sullivan Faile and was the wife of the late Donald Ray "Buddy" Lambert. Mrs. Lambert was a homemaker who enjoyed loving and caring for her family. She enjoyed crossword and word search puzzles, cooking, and decorating her tree for Christmas. Family was most important to her, and she loved them all dearly, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Lambert was a member of Grace-Lynnwood United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Lambert is survived by her son, Tony Lambert (Gloria); her granddaughters, Alexa Adams Knox (Austin) and Blaire Lambert; her son-in-law, Kevin Adams; her sister, Becky Neal; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Lambert; her daughter, Lisa Adams; her parents, Benjamin and Azilee Faile; her brothers, B.F. "Frank" Jr. and Ed Faile; and her sisters, Hortence Patton, Helen Horne, Evelyn Crenshaw, and Joanne Hinson.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Mrs. Lambert will be 11:00 am Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Lancaster Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Daniel Porter.

The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
