LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Bruce Edward Welch, age 63, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023, at his home. He was born December 7, 1959, in Rochester, MN, a son of Robert Welch and the late Dorothy Johnson Welch and was the husband of Joanna Bruner Welch.  Bruce proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
