LANCASTER, SC ~ Mr. Bruce Marion Small, Sr., age 71, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021, at his home.  He was born April 29, 1950, in Lancaster, the son of the late Francis Marion Small and Mildred Johnson Small and was the husband of Linda Aldridge Small.  Bruce enjoyed playing solitaire and just hanging out with his family, who he loved dearly.  He was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church and loved his church and his pastor.

Bruce is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda Small; two sons, Jesse Wayne Small (Alison), and Bruce Marion Small, Jr.; his daughter, Sherry Dianne Smith; eight grandchildren, Desireé Kensley (T.J.), Joshua Trump, Thomas Polston (Melissa), Connor Laney, Aaron Smith, Sam Ogburn, Aiden Small, and Abbygail Small; and six great grandchildren, Haiden, Destin, Rayanna, Anastasia, Tyler, and Paisley.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Mildred Small.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Bruce will be 2:00 pm Friday, October 29, 2021, at Liberty Freewill Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Tim Larrimore.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, at the church.
