LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Brian Walker McWaters, age 60, passed away, Thursday, February 27, 2025. He was born May 27, 1964, in Lancaster, a son of the late James "Jimmy" Claude McWaters and the late Elaine DeWeese McWaters. Mr. McWaters enjoyed being at the river, reading, watching NASCAR, and listening to 70's and 80's Classic Rock. He has always been a hard worker and loved doing mechanic work.

Mr. McWaters is survived by his son, Brandon McWaters; his two brothers, Jim C. McWaters (Shannon), and Scott M. McWaters (Telisa); his nieces and nephew, Millie McWaters, Sarah McWaters, DeLaney Jamison McWaters, and Andrew James McWaters; and many special family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his maternal grandmother, Bernice Mackey; his paternal grandmother, Mildred C. McWaters; and the mother of his son, Sherry Anderson McWaters.
