LANCASTER, SC –Mr. Robert "Bobby" Lewis Burnham, Sr., age 74, passed away Friday, January 5, 2024. He was born, January 23, 1949, in Lancaster, son of the late Elton Alton Burnham and Mary Pearl Snipes Burnham and was the husband of the late Joan Mosteller Burnham. Mr. Burnham retired from Duracell.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to the beach. Mr. Burnham was a member of Hyde Park Baptist Church.

Mr. Burnham is survived by two brothers, Mike Burnham (Terry) and Johnny Shirley (Angie); two sisters, Mary Lou Melton and Rebecca Outen Baker; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Burnham; son, Robert "Robbie" L. Burnham, Jr.; and a grandson, Derrick Austin Peach.

The Celebration of Life Service will be 2:00 pm Monday, January 8, 2024, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Ron Roddey.  Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.
