LANCASTER, SC ~ Ms. Bobbie Jo Adams Miller, age 91, passed away, Thursday, October 10, 2024. She was born August 22,1933, in Lancaster, SC, a daughter of the late Gonzalee Adams and Betty Morton Thompson. Ms. Miller enjoyed reading, dancing, and going to the mountains. She was a previous employee of Springs Industries as a weaver. Ms. Miller volunteered at Springs Memorial Hospital and also worked at Heath Springs Residential Care. She was a member of Frontline Biker Church.

Ms. Miller is survived by her son, Paul Wesley Todd; two daughters, Sara Todd and Barbara A. Todd (Naomi Lagasse); eleven grandchildren, Becky Steele, Brian Steele, Jennifer Myers, Amanda Myers (Scottie), Lee Weed, Jamie Weed (Jessica), Wesley Todd (Katherine), Michael Todd (Kelly), Nicole Todd, Josh Todd, and Stacy Barrett; twenty one great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.

Ms. Miller was preceded in death by a daughter, Rose Marie Meredith; grandchild, Ronnie Barrett; daughter-in-law, Karen Todd; her parents; sister, Betty Lee Polston; and son-in-law Wade Meredith.

The Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Miller will be 4:00 pm Sunday, October 13, 2024, at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home officiated by Preacher Cotton Pate.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, at Burgess Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorials may be made to Frontline Biker Church, 7728 Hwy 341, Kershaw, SC 29067 or American Cancer Society
