LANCASTER, SC :::::::: Mr. Billy Ray Faulkner, age 75, died Friday, May 31, 2013 at Presbyterian Hospital. He was born June 2, 1937 in Lancaster County, the son of the late George Alexander Faulkner and Mary Lou Faulkenberry Faulkner and was the husband of Lynn Knight Faulkner. Mr. Faulkner retired from DuPont, was a Mason, a member of Westside Baptist Church, and served our great country in the United States Army.

Mr. Faulkner is survived by his wife, Lynn Faulkner, a son, Mark Steven Faulkner and his wife Jenny of Lancaster, a brother James "Jim" Faulkner of Indian Land, 4 grandchildren, Braylen Faulkner, Cheyenne Rutland, Sydney and Marli Faulkner and a great grandchild, Carter.

Mr. Faulkner was preceded in death by a daughter, Dana Lynn Faulkner.

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mr. Faulkner will be 3:00 pm Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at The Chapel of Hartley Burgess Funeral Home by Rev. Paul Smith and Rev. Todd Robinson. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

The Family of Mr. Faulkner will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Monday, June 3, 2013 at Hartley Burgess Funeral Home and suggests memorial contributions be made to Westside Baptist Church, 2066 Airport Road, Lancaster or a Charity of One's Choice.
