LANCASTER, SC – Mr. Billy C. Everall, age 76, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025. He was born October 20, 1949, in Lancaster, SC, a son of the late Palmer Brown Everall Sr. and the late Louise Payne Everall. Billy had a deep love for music and spent many years playing in bands. He also enjoyed fishing and taking trips to Florida. He was the former owner of The Meat Center in town, where he was well known and appreciated by many in the community. Billy was a simple man with a generous heart who will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

He is survived by his sister, Ann Everall Boss; his three nephews, Steve Brasington (Sheri) and family, Brian Everall and family, and Eric Everall (Lena) and family; his niece, Paula Brasington McCorkle (Todd) and family; and his sister-in-law, Linda Everall.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Palmer Brown Everall Sr. and Louise Payne Everall; and his brother, Palmer Brown Everall Jr.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Burgess Funeral Home.
