WAXHAW, NC ~ Mr. William "Bill" Tony Skeliski, age 92, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Atrium Health Union.  He was born March 1, 1929 in Niles, OH, a son of the late Nicholas Skeliski and Mary Rope Skeliski and was the husband of Margaret Testa Skeliski.  Mr. Skeliski was employed with Packard Electric for 50 years where he was an Artos Cutter and a committeeman for the IUE Union.  He was on the Board of Directors at 717 Credit Union for over 20 years.  Mr. Skeliski's hobbies included spending time with his family, traveling, being outdoors enjoying the peace and quiet, listening to classical music, taking care of his grandchildren and grand dogs, and watching the Indians, Browns, and Ohio State.  He was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Church in Ohio and also the Masonic Lodge "Grotto".

Mr. Skeliski is survived by his wife of 51 years, Margaret Skeliski; his four children, Steven Skeliski (Tiffany), Jennifer Poulos (Paul), Beverly Mikolak (Dale), and Debbie Spaner (Mark); five grandchildren, three great grandchildren; two nieces; and a nephew.

Mr. Skeliski was preceded in death by a son, William D. Skeliski; his parents; and four siblings, Sara Palikaris, Helen Valsi, Stella Skeliski, and Phil Skeliski.
