LANCASTER, SC::::::: Mrs. Betty Jane LaMott Burdeshaw, age 94, died Friday, November 21, 2014 at her daughter's home. She was born September 18, 1920 in Wetzel County, WV, the daughter of the late Harry Madison LaMott and Clara Wilson Lamott Powell and was the wife of the late Daniel L. Burdeshaw. Mrs. Burdeshaw was a resident of New Martinsville, WV for 88 years and resided with her daughter and her husband for six years. She was a member of First Christian Church, New Martinsville, WV.

Mrs. Burdeshaw is survived by her daughter, Dana Lee Walters and her husband, the Reverend William H. Walters of Lancaster, two grandchildren, Rebecca Bryson, (Jon) of Centreville, MD and Jeremy Walters, (Jocelyn) of Mosinee, WI, and six great grandchildren, Tanner and Camden Morris, Andrew and Amelia Byrson of Centreville, MD and Keegan and Kylee Walters of Mosinee, WI.

Mrs. Burdeshaw was preceded in death by her step father, William Albert Powell and half brother, Madison Neil LaMott.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Burdeshaw will be held in New Martinsville, WV at a later date.

The family would like to thank Sandra Manning and June Wolcott of Golden Care who were her main caregivers for several years.
