LANCASTER, SC ::::::::::: Mrs. Atha Lee West Noe, age 89, died March 31, 2011 at Clare Bridge in Monroe, NC. She was born February 9, 1922 in Jefferson, SC, the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin West and Meullar Funderburk West and was the wife of the late Humphrey Noe. Mrs. Noe retired from Springs Industries and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. Mrs. Noe is survived by 2 daughters, Valorie Ghent and her husband Lynn and Deborah Ferrell both of Lancaster, a son, Stanley Noe, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. The Celebration of Life Graveside Service for Mrs. Noe will be 11:00 am Saturday, April 2, 2011 at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Patrick Clarke.
