LANCASTER, SC ~ Mrs. Annie Ruth Starnes Helms, age 64, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018 at her home. She was born May 4, 1953. Mrs. Helms was the wife of the late Carl Wayne Helms.
The Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Friday, March 30, 2018 at Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery by David Metzler.
