LANCASTER, SC ~ Amy Burns Taylor, age 49, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at her home. She was born on September 10, 1971 in Lancaster, the daughter of the late Jimmy Dean Burns, Sr. and Doris Marilyn Taylor Burns.  She was employed with Steele's Tax Service.  Amy enjoyed the mountains, traveling and spending time with her family.  She was a member of Springdell Baptist Church.

Amy is survived by two children, Gregory Remick Wilson and Mason Noah Taylor, both of the home, two brothers, Greg Burns and Dean Burns; and special friends, Fred Steele,  Jaime Steele and Stephanie Howell.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Amy will be 4:00 pm Thursday, December 31, 2020 at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home.  For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to Autism Speaks at autismspeaks.org.
