LANCASTER, SC::::::::::::: Mrs. Alice Drennan Kirkpatrick, of 618 Gillsbrook Road, died Sunday, December 06, 2009 at her home. She was born November 25, 1929 in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late Frank B. Drennan and Maude Gladden Drennan and was the wife of the late George Frazier Kirkpatrick. Mrs. Kirkpatrick retired from SC DHEC - Vital Records and was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Kirkpatrick is survived by her daughter, Nancy K. Macdonald and her husband Douglas of Florence, a brother, David Henry Drennan of Richburg, and her special friends, Evelyn and Mitchell Crenshaw.Mrs. Kirkpatrick was preceded in death by 2 brothers, W.A. Drennan and James B. Drennan and 5 sisters, Frances Drennan, Martha Nunnery, Margaret Jordan, Sarah Stevenson, and Susan Branton.The Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Mrs. Kirkpatrick will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at First Presbyterian Church by Rev. Shane Owens with entombment to follow at Lancaster Memorial Park Mausoleum.
