LANCASTER, SC – With much sorrow, we announce the passing of Adrian Moran Parisio. Adrian departed this life on April 3, 2026, at MUSC-Lancaster Medical Center at the age of 87, surrounded by the peace of a well-served life.

A vibrant soul who found beauty in every corner of the world, Adrian was happiest when spending time with friends and family, tending to her flower gardens, walking in the fresh air, or enjoying the serenity of the beach. Whether she was masterfully cooking for those she loved or finding treasures while shopping, her energy was infectious. She dedicated countless hours to her church and the mission of Meals on Wheels, always finding joy in the company of friends.

Adrian’s most enduring legacy, however, was her boundless selflessness. She possessed a rare and radiant spirit, known for shining a positive light through even the darkest circumstances. This devotion was most evident in the way she cherished her grandchildren, who were truly the light of her life.

She now joins her beloved daughter, Lisa Moore, and her parents, Eural and Vada Salmons Moran, in eternal rest.

Her legacy of kindness lives on through her daughters, Cyndi Parrish (and husband Lee) and Julie Benton (and husband Wes); her three cherished grandchildren, Isaiah Smith, Emma Benton, and Ashton Benton; her three brothers, Alfred, Clayton, and Roger Moran; her three sisters, Lorene Powers, Margie DeHart, and Marie Peters; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Burgess Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will commence at 12 o’clock noon at The Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Randy Mellichamp.

Adrian will be laid to rest at Westport Baptist Church Cemetery, 2372 Lake Shore Rd. South, Denver, NC 28037.
