Obituary

Edward Lee Adams, age 80, of Heath Springs, SC passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 29, 2017.

He was the Owner and President of Lancaster Mobile Homes, a graduate of Heath Springs High School, and a native and lifelong resident of Lancaster County. He was the son of the late Chalmers L. Adams and Eva Mae Barrett Adams. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved spending time on his farm and vacationing with his family at the beach. He was a proud husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Marguerite Catoe Adams, of 57 years and a brother, Leroy Adams, of Culpepper, Virginia.

Three sons:
Mark Adams and wife Samona of Mint Hill, NC. Their son Landon and fiancé Katie Bellino of Mathews, NC. Chris Adams and wife Dana of Indian Land, SC. Their son Luke Lambert of Columbia, SC. Barry Adams and wife Paula of Pendleton, SC. Their daughter Maegan Hinson and husband Jordan, and two children, Eli and Addison of Clemson, SC. Their daughter Brooke Windham and Husband Richie of Williamston, SC and daughter Eva Jane. Their daughter Savannah Roberts and husband Elijah of Central, SC.

The service to remember his life will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, in Pleasant Hill, SC on April, 8 at 3:00pm by Rev. Randy Koon.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall of the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials or donations may be made to Hospice, Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, or Liberty Hill Presbyterian Church.
